Our entire Half Moon Bay facility has a closed tailwater recovery system that captures 100% of our irrigation water; this extensive recycling program has reduced water purchases by over 50%.

Our rainwater catchment system is designed to capture runoff that saves over a million gallons of water each year.

We are the only agribusiness in the community with a partnership to provide excess water to the local sewer system.

Our partnership with the USDA and the California State Resources Water Board focuses on upgrading our water recycling and conservation systems.

In March 2010, we received the Silicon Valley Water Conservation Award in the agricultural business category, which highlights our achievements and continued commitment to water conservation. This reduction in water use represents 4" of the Coastside County Water Distrist's water production.
