Concord Grape

Concord grapes are excellent producers in cold climates and are good for fresh eating, jelly and juice.

Planting instructions:
Dig a 1 ft x 1 ft hole. For multiple planting, space each plant 2–3 ft apart.
Place plant in hole, cover with soil, lightly compact soil around roots.
Water in deeply. Keep soil moist until green shoots appear, then 1–2 times per week.
Use balanced (10-10-10) fertilizer when new growth appears.
Consult your local cooperative extension or the web for pruning procedures.
Support your vine with a strong trellis, if required.

Eventual Size: vines grow to 10 feet.
