Ardisias create an elegant year-round tropical plant sculpture for the home. An easy care plant with long, glossy, dark green leaves and a twisted trunk. May produce bright scarlet, long-lasting berries in the winter. Native to northern India and Japan.

Water: Keep moist; do not allow plant to dry out.
Light: Bright indirect light to full sunlight indoors.
Continuing Care: Suitable for the home or office, prune lightly as necessary.  Can be used as a shrub or hedge in tropical climates
Temperature: Performs well at average indoor temperatures. Protect from hot or cold drafts.
Fertilizer: Liquid general purpose fertilizer at half rate every other month.
